Most growing companies reach a point where the bookkeeping is being done and the numbers still arrive too late to decide anything with. BPR Global exists for that point.

We run the finance function for SMEs between roughly $1M and $10M in revenue: businesses large enough to need real management reporting, not yet large enough to justify a full in-house finance team. Founded in 2022 and based in Dhaka, we work with clients across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, GCC and Australia.

What we do

A monthly close that finishes on a known day. Management accounts a non-finance founder can read. Rolling forecasts and cash flow models that get updated rather than filed. KPI dashboards built around the three or four numbers that actually change decisions. Multi-entity consolidation for groups operating across more than one country. Fractional controller and CFO support where the question is strategic rather than procedural. AP and AR run properly, and audit preparation so the year end costs less than it did last year.

How we work

Every engagement runs with a named delivery lead for day-to-day work and a separate senior reviewer for quality, both reporting to the firm's director. You are not handed to whoever is free that week. Our team holds ACCA qualifications, and we work natively in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Exact Online.

What we do not do

We do not provide tax, VAT, corporation tax, statutory audit or payroll services outside Bangladesh. Those are licensed locally and should be, and we refer clients to a licensed advisor in their own jurisdiction rather than stretching into work that is not ours to do. In practice we work alongside a client's existing CPA or accountant, preparing what they need rather than competing with them.

The result our clients describe most often is not a cheaper finance function. It is a finance function that closes on time, reports in a format they trust, and tells them something before the decision rather than after it.
