Our in-house processes are standardized to meet the requirements of our clients. As needs change, we can modify our systems to accommodate those changes.
We also work to meet the needs and preferences of the end-user. For example, when there are formatting choices available, Braille Plus, Inc., staff will attempt to work with the end-user to be certain that the format will best serve their needs. Specifically, some braille users prefer to read single-sided braille when using it in a confined area such as a conference or training setting. Other times, when the user has plenty of working surface, he/she would prefer interpoint (double-sided) braille. Another example is our transcription of a technical textbook with graphics in tactile form and text in audio. Braille Plus, Inc., is careful to meet these and other special needs.
