Reliable recruitment partner for industrial sales team expansion
The team took time to understand our commercial strategy, product positioning, and the level of industrial sales experience required for the role. Rather than sending many resumes, they focused on presenting a smaller, more relevant shortlist of candidates who had strong negotiation skills and knowledge of manufacturing distribution markets.
Communication was clear during the process, and we received regular updates about sourcing progress and interview coordination. When our internal team shared feedback after candidate evaluation, they adjusted the search approach quickly to improve matching quality.

Describe your project in brief
We partnered with BrainSource Network to support the expansion of our regional sales operations within the chemical manufacturing sector. At the time, our company was entering new territories and needed experienced Sales Managers who could independently manage distributor relationships, negotiate supply agreements, and oversee revenue performance within assigned markets.
The project focused on recruiting three Sales Managers with strong industrial sales backgrounds and familiarity with technical product portfolios. These roles required professionals who could engage both procurement teams and technical buyers, while also maintaining long term client relationships.
BrainSource Network managed the sourcing and structured screening process, ensuring that candidates presented had relevant sector experience and proven commercial capability. The engagement was designed to reduce our internal recruitment workload while maintaining a high standard for candidate quality.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I liked their focus on quality matching rather than volume sourcing. They took time to understand our industrial sales requirements before presenting candidates, ensuring the profiles were relevant to our territory management needs. Communication was professional and practical, and the screening process reduced unsuitable candidates reaching our interview stage, saving our internal team time.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Overall, our experience with Brainsource Network was very good. If I had to mention a small area for improvement, it would be providing slightly more structured written progress summaries during the middle stages of sourcing. While communication was responsive when we reached out, a brief periodic report highlighting sourcing status and market availability could improve visibility for internal stakeholders.
