My organization is BrainyZat. It is a marketing agency that focuses on transforming traditional businesses to digital by leveraging digital marketing strategies & enabling the clients to get more business while spending quite less. In easier words, we work for businesses and make sure they are not left behind from the digitalization of the market process.
Let me introduce myself. I am Anamul Hasan Habib. I’m the Co-Founder of BrainyZat. I have graduated with B.Sc in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Daffodil International University. I am in charge of the digital marketing section of BrainyZat. I overview the regular activities of BrainyZat’s digital marketing team, conduct the brainstorming sessions and make sure new ideas are implemented to provide the best service for our clients.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.
The main issue in determining the Digital Marketing Strategies is the main goal of companies hiring agency’s and their achievement expectation.
Let me explain it. When BrainyZat is working with a client, we first set a meeting with them to understand their demands, situations, and drawbacks. We have noticed, most of them were focused on their sales and by the term “Digitalization” they understand Facebook marketing. But Digital Marketing is not Facebook marketing. Facebook marketing is a part of the digital marketing space. Digital Marketing is an umbrella term that is used to cover many digital marketplaces such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. It also includes many complicated activities such as search engine optimization, targeting proper audience for content, etc.
Most of the time, the clients only want the sales to increase in the shorter period of time possible. What they don't know before meeting with an agency is that the digital marketing strategies are complicated, it takes hard work and time to reach an achievable goal. It is focused on shifting the organization to a digital marketplace rather than increasing sales.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
It is true there are many agencies in Bangladesh working with digital marketing strategies. None of them can be underestimated as the people working there are talented. But there are a few things that differentiate BrainyZat from the competitors. First of all, we are quick learners. Digital Marketing space is evolving day by day and so are we. We are always ready to grasp new technologies and ideas. We not only work fast but creatively as well. All our works are result-oriented. We work to achieve the best result. And we settle for nothing less. BrainyZat always provides its clients the smartest options and always there looking out for the clients.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
BrainyZat is a digital marketing agency. We work for all kinds of companies. It can be from Agro-based industry, Arch./Engg./Construction industry, automobile, industrial machine, banks, financial institutions, education, electronics, energy, garments, textile, Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, travel and tourism, manufacturing, hotel & restaurant, IT sector, logistics, transport, entertainment, media, event management, real estate, NGO, export/import, telecommunication, food & beverage, security and safety, and other industries.
So, far BrainyZat has worked with organizations like Concord Group Bangladesh, Bangladesh’s first amusement park “Fantasy Kingdom Complex”, “Hashi Khushi” a brand working to eradicate malnutrition from the country, etc. I would say with pride that all our clients were satisfied with our service and most of them came back to work on something new with us. If I’m asked to provide a number for that I would say 70%.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
The clients require a number of services from BrainyZat. But there are a few services that we are most approached. Those are Digital Campaigns and Marketing, Website Design and Development, App Design & Development, Digital Transformation, Conversion Optimization, Process Automation, Audio and Video (TVC, OVC) Marketing. Most of our clients approached us for these services.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
In my opinion, the main key factor of the digital marketing field in our country is there are not enough people in the companies with proper knowledge and experience. They are not familiar with market strategies for Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, search engine optimization, and other digital services that can provide a large amount of revenue. On the other hand, the agencies in Bangladesh are full of expert people who are highly educated and trained to work in the field of the digital market. Then, there is competition between the agencies in Bangladesh. It’s obvious, the clients will always want to hire the best agency in the market. I would say the key factor for running a successful agency in our digital marketing field is to have an expert & creative team so that we can always stay ahead of our competitors.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
There are a few things we have to consider before deciding the cost of a project. Most important of those are employee salary, resource assignment, overhead costs, technological support cost.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
BrainyZat follows the “Net 45” formula to bill our clients. It allows the client to clear the bills within 45 days. This formula not only saves the client from pressure also allows us to maintain a good relationship with our client.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We have a number of services and packages available for our clients. Usually, the price range of our services is between 1,000 USD to 60,000 USD. The year 2020 was a disastrous year for many businesses. The business market was forced to shift from traditional space to digital space due to Covid-19 outbreaks. During 2020 the maximum bill of our services was increased to 70,000 USD.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
From my experience, I would say marketing through Google Ads, remarketing HTML5 ads provide the best benefits in terms of ROI when it comes to different areas of digital marketing. All it takes is someone with the knowledge and understanding of the platform and utilize it properly.
