Babystep is a Learning Management Platform (LMS) platform for parents who want to implement innovative teaching methods into their kids’ learning curve. Our team scaled the MVP into the platform connects parents to learning experts. The website combines the functionality of a social media and marketplace, serving as a ground for communication, blogging, and service exchange.

Project description

Budget Coders developed a complex CRM for real estate companies and their clients. With more than 50 companies managing their properties, Appartex quickly became one of the biggest solutions on the market.

The challenge

The solution, CRM software, had to automate interactions with clients, documentation, accounting, marketing to assist real estate companies in managing the available property. Security, simple interface, short learning curve were essential requirements.

Solution

An all-in-one leasing management service that enables owners to keep track of their leasing workflow.

• Admin panel development and API integration;

• We developed a cross-platform web platform and a mobile app for real estate managers, their clients, and staff

• Budget Coders created custom versions of the platform for the major commercial centers and shopping malls.

Results

• 50+ business centers use Apartex to manage rented properties;

• The product is used by major management companies - BI Property, M-Line Property Management, Mobil Realty Management Company, developers - TM Engineering, Sensata Group;

• $200 000 received in investments;

• The service currently manages more than 200 000.

An App To Handle Medical Care Emergencies

One of Kuwait’s premier hospitals has worked closely with Budget Coders to create a system for handling medical care emergencies. TAMS - Telemetry Alarm & Messaging System, is a safe and efficient method for ambulances to communicate with the hospital staff so patients can receive prompt treatment. You can upload hospitals, doctors, medicines, users, and multiple details through the admin panel. Though we have covered numerous modules, we will cover paramedic and doctor management in this case study.

Project Synopsis:

The objective is to ​“Design & Develop a TAMS, Telemetry Alarm & Messaging System” which will serve as a communication platform from the ambulance to the hospital.
The communication will be via audio, video, chat & other mediums through laptops, tablets, mobiles & iPads.

• Users who will communicate from Ambulance are Paramedics & from hospitals, are doctors. 

• Paramedics will select the hospital & they will send an alarm to the hospital to start a session.

• Paramedics & Hospitals will ‌communicate with each other via audio, video & chat, which will be saved & recorded for auditing purposes.

Collaborating with Budget Coders, the client expected an easy-to-use, flexible, and secure communication system to assist the staff in handling any medical emergency. This communication platform has an administrator where you can handle everything from making charts and calculations to managing reports and even cases that paramedics or doctors are taking care of.

Key Challenges:

- Creating an application that can work on a private network with no internet availability.

- Displaying live feed to the doctors in hospitals using separate hardware cameras of ambulances.

- Developing notification mechanisms without internet availability.

How We Resolved:

-We built the complete web application in a way that doesn’t require the internet for any of its functionality.

- We have used integrated and customized specific vendor SDK to provide live streaming to Doctors from the ambulance.

- We did a customized notification implementation so that it can work without the internet based on the internal IPs of the private network.

Results:

With the use of TAMS:

• A paramedic can connect calls to a doctor sitting at the hospital.
• Paramedics can give medicine to patients prescribed by doctors.
• We can add a paramedic who will handle patients inside the ambulance.
• We can add a hospital that is associated with doctors and paramedics.
• The hospital will have associated doctors and paramedics responsible for caring for patients.
• Hospitals will have an integrated system through which doctors and paramedics can connect.

It makes a flawless messaging system to handle medical care emergencies and a reliable medium for communication between hospitals and paramedics.

The objective of these modules is to give the super admin team opportunities to check the hospitals and paramedic record list, handle cases, failed cases, and availabilities of doctors and paramedics.

Internal Management CMS:

A CMS system that helps in managing internal users like editors, story writers, publishers, sales representatives, and clients. The internal users can write, edit & publish multimedia stories with images, videos, social media links, etc. Clients are able to access the feeds related to various categories in the field of story creation and publishing where they can manage & configure the feeds as per needs.

Key Challenges:

A CMS system that should be user friendly and have the required functionalities for each user.

As there are multimedia stories which contain multiple file extensions, we had to develop the system accordingly to support the multiple file types.

Solution Implementation:

Our expert team of CMS developers understood the technicalities of the project by reviewing other websites and started working on the necessary areas of the project at first. The CMS system provides the following solutions to the client:

We followed sprint based development process to achieve the project deadline. The project manager verified the task twice in a week and shared weekly updates with client.

During the product development stage, we helped our clients by providing periodic demonstrations so that the complete product development journey could be sighted.

The CMS is helpful for clients where they can read the story of their interest and request for the stories as well.

Caviar is a unique project that aims to achieve investment volatility reduction while capturing higher than average rates of return by combining investments in fast-appreciating crypto-assets with income-generating short-term loans.

Key features of the product developed for the client:

Fujitsu Enabling Software Technology GmbH selected the software DITAworks from Budget Coders after an extensive trial. DITAworks is a software solution that allows creation and management of different types of documentations, such as manuals, training materials, process descriptions or online help, according to the single-source principle DITA standard. DITAworks supports the entire documentation lifecycle from modeling, through creating / editing, to publishing.

Fujitsu EST GmbH deployed DITAworks solution for Eclipse which also has special functions for the documentation of Eclipse-based applications. Existing content and the model were carefully analyzed. Recommendations for the migration to the latest DITA standard and integration with the existing development and publication process as well as the XMetaL-Editor were developed. 

The customer is an American healthcare data management company which helps healthcare organizations improve data quality and reduce errors. In their need was creation of a product for patient identification due to acute problem of personal identification in the field of healthcare.

In this regard there were implemented web and mobile applications:

A mobile application (on iOS and Android platforms) for patients. It can be installed via a QR code. After installing the application, one has to enter his/her personal data and upload a photo. This application helps to make an appointment and receives notifications and QR codes for verification at the HI.

A web-based face recognition app for use in an HI. It is installed on the device the patient passes through during identification. The web application serves to read the QR code and recognize the patient's face. After verification is completed, the web application shows the patient what room to go to. If the QR code does not work, the application notifies the patient of the need to approach the registry.

 Part of the work was the development of a UX/UI design.

VoxGen specialises in self-service automation that increases customer satisfaction and reduces business costs.

The challenges for VoxGen lay in getting development services where the provider can familiarize themselves quickly with Voxgen’s framework, has expertise in Eclipse technology, can deliver high quality project results on time and can work in a self-contained manner as much as possible. The technical base for the VoxGen project was Eclipse/RCP, Java and VoxGen’s own development framework.

The idea was to create a convenient, time- and effort-saving loan management system, which would help small and middle-sized businesses to pay their bills and invoices instantly.
