Terrible leadership called the marketing team dogs
I was a consultant to them… and they kept my 14000 AED due, also of some full timers who are too scared to speak. HR who is like really weird send me a personal message saying she’s sorry. I refused to work with them due to terrible work culture and Hatem the owner after I quit said otherwise. Terrible leadership and terrible attitude and is a very egoistic person. For clients if things are smooth they are ok, the moment there is an issue they start behaving weird. Hope my message can at least warn good talent to not invest their time in this company. They have a very weak P&L so they hire and fire for no reason. Anything anyone wants an evidence of is available personally, feel free to reach out to me. I write this on request of 4 people who went through this to atleast help some other good talent …
