What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
BVP has an offshore development team and leverages domestic partners who manage the project separately. They don’t need to support their developers much, which is good for a non-technical founder like me.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
As a non-technical founder, I didn’t know how long it takes to develop software. To me, it seemed like everything could be done within a day, which wasn’t true. They had to work on their communication of milestones and deliverables to manage my expectations. We learned how to communicate swiftly.
They have very good processes in place to achieve better results

We get professional and meanwhile friendly atmosphere. They’ve never missed any meetings. If we get on a quick call or need them to be there, they’re always available.
