BVP has an offshore development team and leverages domestic partners who manage the project separately. They don’t need to support their developers much, which is good for a non-technical founder like me.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

As a non-technical founder, I didn’t know how long it takes to develop software. To me, it seemed like everything could be done within a day, which wasn’t true. They had to work on their communication of milestones and deliverables to manage my expectations. We learned how to communicate swiftly.
