C&K Trucking

At C&K Trucking, we have been in the transportation business for more than four decades. We began as a beer distributor for Old Style in 1974. 20 years later we became an intermodal carrier for the Chicago market. In 1998, we expanded operations outside of Chicago and in 2003, the founding partners of C&K Trucking sold to a new management team lead by Mike Burton. Two of the three founders continue to be involved in the business today.

Since the change in ownership, C&K Trucking has expanded operations through organic growth and selective, strategic acquisitions. At the heart of our business is our unique business model in which we control all of our terminals as they are all company operations as opposed to agency operations. This allows us to create accountability, consistent processes and tighter controls which provide our customers with better, more reliable services.
