We worked with Cahoot to set up fulfillment and EDI integration for our business. Since it was our first time working with an Orderful integration, there were some initial challenges. However, the Cahoot team was very proactive and worked directly with Orderful to resolve issues. Their chat and email support were always quick and helpful. Overall, the setup became much smoother than expected and helped us focus on running our business.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Very responsive and supportive team. Chat and email support are quick and helpful, and they made onboarding and integration much easier than expected.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No major issues so far. We had a few questions during setup, but support was easy to reach and very helpful.

Our Business was Seeking a good 3PL company for our business. Needed to fulfill orders on time and update tracking immediately while keeping our customers happy.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The standout feature of Cahoot that we appreciate the most is their commitment to accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment. Every order is shipped on time, which has significantly boosted our trust in their services and positively impacted our customer satisfaction. Additionally, their seamless tracking updates have been invaluable—allowing us and our customers to monitor shipments in real-time without a hitch. This level of transparency is rare and has added a level of professionalism.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

While our overall experience with Cahoot has been very positive, one area with room for improvement is the customization options within their tracking and reporting tools. Although the current tracking updates are seamless and accurate, having more flexibility to customize reports or tailor notifications could enhance our ability to analyze data specific to our business needs. This is a minor point, however, as it doesn’t impact Cahoot’s effectiveness in fulfillment—it’s more of a ‘nice-to-have’

We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Additionally the software makes shipping much more streamline than most other shipping software's we have used in the past.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Need to be very good at managing inventor across all fulfillment channels to avoid long term Storage after 90 days if seasonal products.

We used Cahoot to attempt to streamline our fulfillment system and help expand into selling online via Amazon with 2-day fulfillment.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Service is very helpful, questions were answered fast and reliably, allowing us to know exactly what we needed to do next to help get products out on time.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The software has a learning curve, but once you understand how it works it's very helpful.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The Cahoot software is very well thought out, with many unique features that set them apart from the competition, such as "Scan to verify" which essentially guarantees we are shipping the correct item every time! Also, Cahoot has a customer support that really listens to the feedback of their users, and is constantly looking to improve their product. We started with them when the software was still pretty new, and they implemented many changes based on our feedback.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

When we started using Cahoot they did not support all the channels we sold on, which meant that we still needed to use another shipping software for other channels. Today they support many more than just Amazon, including eBay, Walmart and Shopify, but they still don't support some of the more niche marketplaces. Their full list of integrations is clearly published on their website, so make sure they support the channels you sell on.
