We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Additionally the software makes shipping much more streamline than most other shipping software's we have used in the past.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Need to be very good at managing inventor across all fulfillment channels to avoid long term Storage after 90 days if seasonal products.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The Cahoot software is very well thought out, with many unique features that set them apart from the competition, such as "Scan to verify" which essentially guarantees we are shipping the correct item every time! Also, Cahoot has a customer support that really listens to the feedback of their users, and is constantly looking to improve their product. We started with them when the software was still pretty new, and they implemented many changes based on our feedback.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
When we started using Cahoot they did not support all the channels we sold on, which meant that we still needed to use another shipping software for other channels. Today they support many more than just Amazon, including eBay, Walmart and Shopify, but they still don't support some of the more niche marketplaces. Their full list of integrations is clearly published on their website, so make sure they support the channels you sell on.

Needed reliable 1-2 day ground shipping, seller fulfilled prime SFP, in large US regions, Cahoot was able to implement and execute very well.
SFP would be impossible or crazy expensive if it weren't for Cahoot's network of warehouses. They know what it takes to fulfill to Amazon Seller fulfilled Prime standards. No one that I've seen handles SFP, or they used to until Amazon made it nearly impossible. Only sellers/fulfillers that are used to it can make it happen. Cahoot got them together and made a great network that works well. Basically, you ship by freight your inventory to other warehouses across the country and they fulfill and ship with 1-2 day ground shipping almost anywhere.

Helpful setup and implementation by a very knowledgeable staff and support team
Allows for Seller fulfilled prime everywhere at discounted shipping rates
You can also become a fulfillment warehouse for other sellers and make income on the other end
Allows for any marketplaces to get the same 1-2 shipping at discounted ground prices

First of all, we regret that this merchant had a less than positive experience with our company. We pride ourselves on open and honest communication with all our stakeholders; it’s one of our core values. This client had initially approved a “sales proposal”. Understandably, no company can put all the terms related to complex fulfillment services on a 1-page pricing proposal. He was hence sent an agreement to sign with zero changes to terms from proposal to agreement. This agreement was ignored for months while the merchant continued to store inventory with Cahoot. After a couple of weeks, the customer decided not to use Cahoot for fulfillment after all, for his convenience due to a change in his business strategy and direction. Cahoot did not put a “lien” on his inventory and went out of its way to have it returned to him promptly upon his request. Once he received all his inventory, he then demanded that Cahoot pay him for all his FedEx/UPS charges related to inbound and outbound freight for his merchandise that he arranged for himself. This was declined because this had nothing to do with Cahoot software or services. Nevertheless, we regret that this customer did not have a great experience, and we’ve learned from it.
