We worked with Cahoot to support our supply chain and logistics, including fulfillment and EDI integration. Since it was our first time working with an Orderful integration, there were some initial challenges. However, the Cahoot team was very proactive and worked directly with Orderful to resolve issues. Their chat and email support were always quick and helpful. Overall, the setup became much smoother than expected and helped us focus on running our business.

We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.

We used Cahoot to try and streamline our fufillment operations, as well as expand into offering products on Amazon in addition to our website. Although the service offered was great, at our low volume of shipping, it simply wasn't cost-effective compared to fulfilling on our own. Perhaps once we scale to a certain point we'll look at working with them again.

Whenver we experiene spikes in demand for certain products which we fulfill ourselves, this would result in hours of preparation for hundreds of shipping labels. Cahoot solved this problem by doing the work of rate shopping automatically, and when we came into the office in the morning our labels were ready to be printed. This saved us countless hours of work and allowed us to focus on growing our business.

Cahoot allowed us to reduce the monthly shipping cost and the support service is really responsive and efficient! Their customer support reply always within 24h. And our shipping costs were lower than those we previously had in the 3PL center we used to work with.

We work with cahoot for our online sells and also to move our pallets throughout the USA, and we truly recommend it. The online platform is very easy to use, and the customer service is really good.

Overall experience has been very good. We decided to stay with Cahoot over our previous shipping software (ShipStation) because of the huge time savings Cahoot creates. For those of us that do e-commerce - this will give you your life back on the weekends.

We're a warehouse and e-commerce seller that has taken advantage of both sides of Cahoot's 3PL offerings. The training for sending out shipments on behalf of other sellers was seamless. Easy label generation, printing, and packing. It's a breeze for the warehouse crew. They provide all the resources you would need for the outgoing side of a 3PL system. This experience caused us to explore shipping out our own units to other nodes in their network. We've experienced deep savings on many of our 1-2 day shipments since we're located on the east coast.
