The DealGen© will help investors analyze multi-family property investments prior to acquisition. The investor will enter deal details such as price, income, expenses, finance terms, etc., and the tool will help them make purchase decisions based on pre-defined investment criteria.
The tool will also allow them to perform side-by-side (A/B testing) analysis of the same deal by changing various attributes of the deal such as financing terms, down payments, price, etc. for the purpose of making an offer on the property, by knowing whether the investment is profitable, and by when.
