CallTree made nearshoring simple since it was my first time going the BPO route.
The onboarding process was very simple. They took the time to understand my company’s needs. Since COVID, hiring has been a drag. I decided to outsource to CallTree BPO and that was probably one of the best business decisions I’ve made.

Describe your project in brief
I hired CallTree for BPO services. It was my first time doing BPO. And I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this earlier. Makes my business, ESPECIALLY during the pandemic so much easier. No one ever told me BPO existed
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They have a simple onboarding process which consists of getting to know the BPO company
I was able to meet the company in person. I flew in and visited the operation.
The employee morale seemed to be the first thing I noticed. Didn’t expect something like that in Mexico
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Not enough room to hire more agents at the moment
