Eight years ago Customs issued a license to Cap intl to operate as a National Customs Broker clearing shipments remotely in all United States cities. Mauricio Capriles started Cap Intl after having worked as Custom Broker for many years in Chicago, opening the import department of a large freight forwarder. From Chicago he moved to Houston working several years as a clearing agent. Then going to Miami to start the import cargo operations of a central America airline, then coming back to Houston to open up Cap Intl. As a licensed import broker we clear import products not only through Customs but also through all government agencies dealing with imports. That means we clear international freight through Customs, Food and Drug, Agriculture department, Fish & Wildlife, Federal Communications Commission, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms, EPA, DOT, etc.
