CAPLAN ARTIFICIAL developed an AI NOC agent for our company. The team designed and built a production-grade agent that assisted operators with diagnostics, configuration, and safe remediation.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
CAPLAN ARTIFICIAL brought senior engineering discipline to AI. Instead of “just a chat,” they delivered a production-grade AI agent with real guardrails—RBAC, approvals, dry-run, diffs/rollbacks, and source citations—so actions were safe, reproducible, and auditable.
