Carlton Freight is an independently owned freight forwarding agent whose owners are all working directors. With over 200 years of combined staff experience of international freight forwarding and logistics, we provide high-quality freight management solutions on a global scale.

Established in 1994 in the UK Port of Liverpool at the heart of international shipping, our aim is to provide quality transportation services that are professional, cost-effective, fast and secure - thereby enhancing the reputation and reach of yourselves and your products.

We are members of various freight forwarding trade bodies, including FIATA and BIFA, whose members must adopt the industry Terms & Conditions and adhere to good practice guidelines. A code of conduct and liability insurance policy, reached in conjunction with the British Shippers Council and the Office of Fair Trading, assure that you and your interests are being protected.

In early 2011 we were awarded Authorised Economic Operator accreditation by HMRC, in recognition of our consistent high quality, compliance and trustworthiness in the international forwarding supply chain.
