We were approached by the Central Hubspot team offering us a variety of services, and as we were hit by Covid and had to minimize our cost while continuing our services so we have decided to hire them for Customer support via phone/email/chat, SEO services and sales.
We wanted to approach the gulf region and it's very challenging as gambling is prohibited, we have tried to generate traffic from there but we failed.
So our main goal was to successfully approach the Gulf region and generate traffic, our secondary goal was to offer excellent customer support service and have a smooth back-office operation.
We also wanted to generate sales and had a target set to be achieved.
So once we decided to proceed with Central Hubspot and give them a try, we had a couple of meeting with their management team during the first week, where they have introduced us to their team and designed the process and roadmap.
Their team was friendly and seemed to understand our vision and what we exactly expect from them. Then we have granted them the required credentials to the platforms needed to communicate with our customers, receive calls, messages, etc, and also access to the back-end of the website to be able to perform their SEO Service.
It was very successful, in a very short period they were able to increase our ranking on google search, generated high traffic to our website, and boost the overall traffic by 85%, their customer support team was able to receive and solve inquiries in less than 12 hours and they had a very good response rate, their sales team generated a huge list of contacts as per the criteria we had set and was able to boost our sales with 78%.

They are very proactive and they have a solution to every problem we meet and their management team always jumps in whenever needed and overlooks the project at all times and they were very adaptable to changes in strategy.

Their pricing, i think their pricing is slightly high. However they delivered excellent results.

Yes, they are great and they deliver an excellent service with added values. But they need to start expanding their services as they are specialized in the I.T field, by offering L3 & L4 tech support.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They are great as they are, but I would still say they should look into their pricing. Because initially when I received their proposal my first impression was that they are expensive considering the size of their business and not affordable but due to Covid I had to take quick action and hired them with the intention to have a short-term relationship till I hire another firm with better ranking. But then looking at the value they delivered I decided to have a long-term relationship because they proved their efficiency and delivered value more than the budget they have requested.

Their team act as if they are employees of the organization and not part of an outsourcing firm. They wanted my project to succeed and they were always available even when there is an urgent requirement on a day off, they still attended to requirements and delivered.

I think they are good from all aspects, however, i think if they would open their office 24 hours that would be perfect so we could have a 24-hour customer service
