Review Summary

I really didn’t need full-time HR support so their “as needed” way of helping really fit with the needs of my small business.

Chase & Co HR helped take employee-headaches and issues off my plate and I really enjoyed their flexible approach, fabulous efficiency and turn around time, and congenial style. And the price was totally within my budget.

I would easily and highly recommend Chase & Co HR.

Describe your project in brief

I had the opportunity to work with a Chase & Co HR consultant who provided outstanding support for our operations. Their expertise in creating a comprehensive RRSP benefits plan was invaluable, ensuring our employees had a competitive and compliant retirement savings option.

They also assisted in developing a standardized compensation plan that aligned with our company's values and market standards, which has been instrumental in maintaining employee satisfaction and retention. Their guidance in talent recruitment and hiring/firing advice was equally impressive, helping us navigate the complexities of the Canadian labor market with ease.

Overall, their contributions have been pivotal in enhancing our HR practices, and I highly recommend their services to any company seeking expert HR support for their operations.
