Customers can submit product links from Chinese marketplaces, including Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo and 1688, together with the exact options, quantities and delivery destination.

The team manually reviews the request, checks available seller prices, product specifications and domestic delivery costs, and prepares an itemized quote before purchasing. Available store coupons are checked against the selected product and purchasing conditions. Customers approve the quote before staff place the purchase according to the confirmed instructions.

When goods arrive at the warehouse, basic receiving checks cover quantity, confirmed variants and obvious exterior damage. Customers can discuss optional photos, additional inspection requirements and packing arrangements in advance. The scope and costs of any optional services are agreed separately.

ChinaCarty also helps coordinate parcel consolidation and onward delivery.
