Christian T. Kent, Transit Management Consulting, LLC was established in 2018 to support practitioners of public transit. Clients include public transit agencies; private transit management firms, and government/non-profit organizations. We provide professional consulting services in paratransit and fixed-route transit service; executive recruitment within the transit industry; organizational alignment and development; and leadership coaching.

Our firm is led by Mr. Christian T. Kent, Principal, a nationally recognized expert in the provision of ADA paratransit service, with 36 years of private and public-sector experience in the mass transit industry, nearly half of which has been in senior executive roles. Mr. Kent is a charismatic change agent and turnaround specialist with a proven track record for transformational leadership in the most challenging of circumstances.
