Our CEO, Isabelle Coleman, has numerous years of direct working experience within top-management in both large multi-national conglomerates (Levis Strauss and Co) as well as local Scandinavian corporations (Åhléns and COOP Forum). Not only does she know retail but she knows recruiting having started in the business back in 2000 while working as a Recruiting Consultant at one of the world’s oldest and well established recruiting firms (Boyden International) which laid the ground work for CIP, where our core values are leadership, performance management, quality and performance.
