What is the story behind starting this company?
The inception of Cizonet Solutions is deeply rooted in my profound passion for computers and technology. Even before pursuing a Computer Science degree at the University, I had already gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Intern and HR Assistant.
As the world embraced the digital era, I recognized a crucial need for Nigerian businesses to embrace the digital space. This realization emphasized the essential first step – the development of websites, leading to our venture into web and mobile app development.
Having witnessed the transformative impact of implementing HR policies and establishing comprehensive employment processes, from recruitment to exit, I understood how these practices could propel a company toward success.
Cizonet Solutions emerged from the fusion of my tech passion and the practical insights gained in HR. It represents a commitment to address a specific gap in the market.
