Positive attitude. Even when challenges did arise, they came up up with ways to overcome them.

Fair pricing. Their monthly charges for data hosting on cloud is way cheaper than Safaricom.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The prices should be lower than they currently are. The service costs can be high for some businesses.
