We spoke with CodeFulcrum PMs about the project and made it clear that we needed to communicate with the devs on a regular basis. That seemed like the most efficient method to get things done quickly in a distributed team. CodeFulcrim did not object to this, and the developers' interactions with them went pretty well.

They handled the.NET site's design and development, and they did a great job at it. Since I lacked wireframes, they completed this job from start to finish. They worked on the UX as well. It is a platform for software as a service (Saas). I wanted the flexibility to assign rent to other parties and to make payments electronically. In addition, I wanted the website to record maintenance requests and have an adjustable percentage system for paying property managers. They performed well and did a great job. I met with one person from their team in person, then we mostly communicated through email and on Google Sheets.

As an open source project and a very small team, there are a ton of requests that we get from users who are trying to get a single open source project to solve a very wide array of use cases. In our particular situation, we are a storage backend for performance monitoring data, but that data can come from multiple different agents (Go, python, ruby, ebpf, dotnet, java, php, nodeJS, etc) and to be able to support all of these different languages on the backend as well as support these languages on the frontend is a very difficult task for us to manage with our small team. Meanwhile our goal is to get as many people from all these different use cases using the open source project as possible AND having a good experience so that we can then ultimately funnel them into our enterprise product (if the require the enterprise features).

To safeguard our data, CodeFulcrum created a unique program management software solution that includes several tracking capabilities and a security firewall. Phase one has been launched, while phase two is nearing completion. We are using the program management application to keep track of all of our deliverables. We can handle our own tasks using this unique program management software that they are developing .CodeFulcrum has assisted and suggested locations for us to locate our SSL license and servers on which to keep the software. They have done more than just point out where we can put multi-authentication into practice.

Our website traffic increased 300% we have grown our social media audience in HUGE amounts. Our Sales have increased 200%. Our engagement is consistently increasing.
