Cogneato was started in 1999 by our owner, Ronald Higgins. Website development was a natural extension of talents that he built long before the internet became the driving force that it is today. These include a wildly diverse background in video production, computer graphics, marketing, and programming. While the young internet of the late 90's seems almost quaint today, the philosophy on which we were established still holds true today: never compromise on the customer experience.
