CPACO was formed in 1984. The Firm provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to closely held businesses and highly compensated individuals. The Firm has extensive expertise with manufacturers, distributors and service firms. We also provide extensive services to attorneys involved in estate planning, probate and trust matters.

John M. Pagano, the firm's primary founder and senior partner, began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick providing auditing services to banking and media conglomerates. After his experience auditing these publicly held enterprises, he continued his career at a large local CPA firm providing accounting and tax services to manufacturers, real estate developers and entertainers.
