Combined Financial Services was founded by Guy Dillahunty in 1992. His enthusiasm for outsourcing payroll helped his company grow over the next 8 years. Upon retiring in October of 2000, the company was purchased by Betty Jo King. She continued the company with the same principals on which it was founded.
