Project Description: We helped Real Portuguese Wine propel their brand to new heights through our dynamic Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns. Our primary objective was to elevate the brand's visibility and awareness, addressing a key challenge the brand faced.

Project Idea: After thriving in the natural wine industry for three years, Real Portuguese Wine encountered a growth plateau—a point where momentum slowed considerably. Upon careful analysis, we identified a significant bottleneck: insufficient brand visibility and awareness. In response, we initiated an awareness campaign, leveraging the expansive reach of meta ads to connect with a broad audience.

Execution: Prior to launching our Meta Ads, we undertook a comprehensive research and analysis phase to obtain a better understanding of the target audience.Following this groundwork, the campaign creation phase ensued. This included first and foremost, the creation of the actual ads - ad visuals and copies. We took a great care in this process, as the ads themselves lay the groundwork of the entire campaign performance.

Ongoing optimizations: Subsequently, we delved into the campaign setup. Leveraging insights learned from our seasonality analysis, we narrowed in on specific geographic targets. This targeting strategy underwent further optimisation as campaign results and data began to accumulate.Looking ahead, the coming weeks will witness ongoing refinements, including A/B testing to fine-tune both the copies and visual components of the ads, ensuring an increasingly effective and resonant campaign.

Transmitting the RPW message.

Real Portuguese Wine approached us after three years in the natural wine industry, seeking assistance in effectively communicating their brand identity in a more consistent matter, through a to-be-found brand voice. With their collaboration, we pinpointed RPW's authentic voice and began engaging directly with the target audience, now in a way that resonated with them and represented the brand.

The idea was to communicate more than just wine offerings, but also the experience and the feeling which the wines bring to the table - the "why" behind the brand.

EXECUTION /

Good-looking feed & engagement.

After laying the foundation, we dove into the transformative phase. First things first, the profiles themselves needed to be optimised and redone for the brand voice recently discovered, this included logo updates, tone adjustments, bio link additions, IG highlight alignment, and bio SEO enhancements.

To properly communicate the brand story, we then proceeded to create a campaign and content calendar. For this we had to keep in mind important dates for the wine industry, sales periods for the company, and general seasonality patterns, and marketing funnel phase focus for the different campaigns. This was subsequently translated into a more visually cohesive content plan.

Designing distinctive email experiences.

After three years in the natural wine industry, Real Portuguese Wine (RPW) reached out to us, seeking support in overcoming a plateau and elevating their business to new heights.

To build a recurring revenue stream, there were a couple things we needed to achieve first. We needed to first get an understanding of our launch point, meaning, the industry and its dynamics, the business itself, competitors and, most importantly, the audience.

Secondly, we needed to create a strategy so we could begin impacting RPW's revenue. Following that, we then began our process of creating the email journeys that made the most sense to the business, optimised the email form on the website and managed email campaigns.
