My career covers a wide range of disciplines, industries and skill sets. Prior to co-founding Connected Careers LLC, I started my own full-service career consulting firm. Earlier, after five years as a Recruiting Manager in Boston, I served as a Regional Services Manager with an international executive outplacement and career consulting firm for over 20 years. I helped those at all levels, from recent college graduates and government managers to senior corporate and chief executives. In the recent past, I provided writing and editing services for Right Management, the world’s largest outplacement company, Execunet.com, which focuses on six-figure executives, and Career-Resumes.com, a premier online career service.

I have written or edited over 40 articles and book reviews on careers and job hunting as well as literally thousands of professional resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, brochures, and proposals. I have led career workshops at the American Marketing Association, the Jaycees, and Mensa to name a few. In addition, I’ve been a guest commentator on television and an advisor at many job fairs in Tampa, Orlando, and Columbus, OH.

My industry certifications include Credentialed Career Master, Certified Advanced Resume Writer, Certified Electronic Career Coach, and Certified Career Research Professional. I am an active member of Career Directors International, Rotary International, Business Networking International, and Toastmasters International.
