Constancia is an EPM consultancy that makes multi-entity finance data AI-ready. We diagnose the data model before we quote. The price is then fixed. We implement OneStream Software as a Silver Partner, and we are the only Abacum implementation partner in the UK.

We specialise in AI implementations for finance teams. Most of our work starts when a finance team has a date in the diary it cannot move. That might be an IPO, an integration, a first audit or a board deadline. We work with multi-entity, multinational and acquisitive groups with 250 or more people and either a legacy consolidation or a heavy Excel habit. The structure and the date decide the fit. The sector does not. We work across the UK, Europe and South Africa.

Our work splits into 3 services. An AI readiness assessment reads the consolidation, the ERP estate and the spreadsheets before a price is set. EPM and CPM consulting covers consolidation, the close and reporting for a multi-entity group, priced once after that survey. Agentic AI for finance sets out what an agent needs from the data model before it goes near a number the board reads. On OneStream Software we build the close, consolidation, planning and reporting on 1 model. On Abacum we build budgets, forecasts and scenarios for teams that have outgrown a workbook.

Every engagement starts with a paid diagnosis of the data model and roadmap. Where the data turns out worse than expected, that is priced in before you commit, not billed later. We do not take time and materials work. The people who do the diagnosis are the people who do the work, so there is no handover. Our partners have worked in EPM for over 15 years.
