It is a delight on my side to acknowledge your relentless effort in ensuring that we have a wonderful partnership for the past seven years while you assist using our Careline operations. I truly appreciate your passion towards continuous improvement while we tackle issues that we came across in this operation.

Kindly extend my gratitude to your IT team who had managed to revamp our system towards the end of 2013 and match it with our global requirements. Currently, we are reporting our Arabia data to our global Careline center with ease. Of course, this will not be possible without your support for alignment.

I anticipate that our partnership will last much longer and we continue to bind as one in our goal to satisfy our consumers beyond their needs.

The co-operation between our companies had started little over a year ago. As a Multinational Company we had the choice between a large, internationally operating company far away and a smaller company quite nearby. We have chosen the latter and we feel we have been served above expectations.
