Worst Tech Support - Worst Customer Service - Don't Trust Them With Your Own Money
1. They are the most expensive. At $200/hour, ROUND UP by the hour, even if you spend 5 minutes with them. They are not interested to fix your problems but upsell you an expensive system or blame other things.
2. Have the worst tech support. We spent almost half an hour trying to figure out how their share screen support system worked. Jeremy said he did not know how to work with Mac OS system, he only worked with PC. Hello? Techs now a day, without sufficient knowledge of both PC and Mac OS should find another job. We are in the year 2020, not 1980. To pay such a high rate for the service, I was expecting to receive a high level of knowledge and expertise.
3. Worst customer service. Don’t waste your time to respond to their feedback. They are only intested to hear your positive comments, otherwise your feedback will only fall to the deaf ears. They even dare to come up with ideas to charge you more. BE WARE!
Shame on me for wasting my time and money dealing with an unethical company. With a quick search on Google, I fixed the issue on my own.
