I am the CEO of CSSChopper, my main role is to collaborate with sales, IT, support, marketing, operations and other departments and look after the business development and strategies to achieve the company’s goal.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

Our main vision and idea is to be a complete web development solution partner, through the most technical knack and innovations. We provide opportunities to the tech-nerds and enthusiasts, to contribute in the economic development of the country.

What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We do not leverage third-party vendors/ outsourcing. Having an in-house team makes the project much easier and ensures success. Hence, we believe in having an in-house team. We are employed with the team members of 250+ and we are in the process of expanding our team size. Since, our team is broad, we have high experienced professionals in almost every field of technology. Right from software developer to digital marketing specialist, who are qualified to handle global clients.

We have put together the right research team that adds the right value that benefits our potential clients. We provide 24/7 support that has helped many customers to run their project without any disruption and downtime. We have got the reputation of adding the qualitative value from the strategy and consulting point of view. The other great USP is our digital solutions that have got modern-day design standards and state of art as compared to the industrial benchmark.

We have got different types of models that are custom, front-end and dedicated models. Based on this we have defined our pay structure. For example, on a dedicated hiring model, our developers work on a daily basis, we charge them monthly. Likewise there is a specific pay structure for every model.

Yes, we have worked on those projects that meet our basic budget requirements. The minimum budget is $25 per hour. However, if we come across any interesting project, to enhance our portfolio or to work on advanced technology, we would surely evaluate the low budget projects.
