What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Communication - their ability to liaise with our staff about technical requirements in plain English that was easy to digest and understand
User interface - our customer service portal has been designed to be very user friendly and an efficient way to access data quickly
Support - assisting our company when liaising with potential B:B customers around integration requirements
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Pricing structure to support start-ups - I appreciate this is not their issue, but pricing support for start-ups from established businesses is great!
