
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Poor communication,
Email attachments with company content ignored,
Project manager always in meetings,
Developments made on dev site are horrible rudimentary and huge delays,
Extremely unprofessional staff,
Nobody answers the phone calls will put you on hold and hang up,
Messages ignored,
Huge delays between any developments,
Had to chase down for access to the backend,
No accountability, No refunds,
Spelling and grammar mistakes (they cant spell Lets Talk),
Work says completed but never is,
Links on site do not work,
Information given is incorrectly inputted (they had my email wrong 4 times and we've been emailing back and forth for months),
Deadlines never given and when chased down are never met,
Carless edits of themes most text and info just left in there on live site,
They will chase you down for money before the project is complete
(gave 50% upfront)
They demanded I pay them the other 50% once site was live or they threatened to take everything down. *Live website FULL OF MISTAKES*
Overpriced! Overpriced! Overpriced! Overpriced! Overpriced!
No original thought or artistic value on the design team
Arrows and links that lead to nowhere
No way to reach upper management nor when you email them do they care
The company doesn't care about bad reviews,
Excuses upon excuses,
"Sam Walter" only listed management, emailed with no response,
This company makes you feel: backed into a corner and trapped!
