The customer owns a popular restaurant chain in Kuwait, offering healthy, organic, and special diet meals made from fresh local produce.

Cyfrania was tasked with creating a website and mobile app for Android and iOS, allowing users to order food online, choose delivery or pickup, and track their orders. Special requirements included:

• Menu with detailed ingredient lists and customizable options

• Ability to add partner restaurants and promote their offers

Our business analyst and UX designer collaborated to address the client's diverse needs, focusing on a powerful content filtering system for allergies, medical conditions, vegans, and diet followers. Developers created a cross-platform web, Android, and iOS app with these features.

The app quickly gained users, allowing customers to order food easily and enjoy meals at home. The app has become a significant income generator, and the customer plans to expand by adding more partner restaurants and eventually including health-related products in the delivery service.

Cyfrania created an e-learning solution for Danish schools by transforming a popular paper textbook into an interactive and gamified learning course. This cross-platform app works on PCs, Android, and iOS tablets. It features a set of test quizzes with automatic checking, grouped into modules. Each module has a unique design resembling a game universe. The app awards points and badges for achievements and provides hints and explanations for difficulties, along with extra tasks for additional rewards.

Teachers are relieved from checking paper workbooks. They can assign tasks to classes or individuals, manage deadlines, and analyze weak points in material comprehension. The app meets the Danish Ministry of Education's requirements for supplementary school materials and qualifies for its government subsidy program.

The Cyfrania’s team included a project manager, a UX designer, front-end and back-end developers, and a QA engineer. The app’s first version was ready within three months. After that, we kept working on it by adding more school grades, enriching the content, and refining the interface according to feedback from kids and educators.

Cyfrania developed an online peer-to-peer lending service for a global FinTech company in the EU, designed for easy scaling into other markets. This platform integrates seamlessly with governmental and financial databases to streamline user authentication, credit assessments, and multi-currency transactions. It automates all key workflows, including the generation of customizable loan options, electronic document management, and real-time investment and loan processing, thus enhancing efficiency and user experience.

The platform ensures full compliance with stringent financial regulations and offers robust features for transaction security. Cyfrania developed the Bahamas Transfers web app for a prominent hospitality executive in The Bahamas to optimize the management of tourist services across multiple hotels. The platform allows users to select accommodations, manage transportation, and book a variety of activities, alongside handling payments through a specialized Plug’n Pay gateway that reduces transaction fees by connecting directly with the local banking system.

The system provides hotel administrators with tools to customize settings, promote their offerings, manage tourist groups, and oversee all related financial activities. This comprehensive solution has significantly improved operational efficiency and flexibility, enhancing customer service and administrative effectiveness.

Cyfrania developed a comprehensive web application for a HealthTech company serving US emergency medical services (EMS) providers, designed to streamline insurance billing processes across private and municipal EMS. The app integrates seamlessly with existing EMS systems to enhance patient cycle management from dispatch to billing. It features automatic data importation from ePCR systems, instant insurance eligibility checks, and a built-in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tool that optimizes claim processes and integrates with major payers through clearinghouse services.

This solution has significantly improved operational efficiency for EMS providers, achieving a 99% clean-claims rate and halving claim processing times. With its robust customization options and secure AWS hosting, the platform has helped EMS providers enhance revenue, reduce overhead, and maintain focus on patient care, marking it as a crucial tool in the competitive EMS landscape.

In this project, Cyfrania has designed a sophisticated platform for a major Saudi Arabian firm specializing in media monitoring and analysis. This platform supports tracking diverse media outlets - TV, radio, social media, and news - and analyzing market trends. It enables clients to monitor global events and public opinions to adjust their marketing strategies effectively.

The platform allows for the aggregation of data from a wide and scalable range of sources, facilitating customized queries and in-depth searches. Results are dynamically presented through interactive widgets, charts, and live reports.

To achieve this, Cyfrania provided a comprehensive array of services including business analysis, UX/UI design, web development, machine learning integration, quality assurance, security management, and ongoing application maintenance and support. Visdeal.nl, an eCommerce platform specializing in fishing gear and outdoor leisure products, was founded by the visionary duo, Willem and Teun Bontrup. Based in Vianen, near Utrecht, their warehouse facility ensured swift delivery across Europe's vast expanse.

Initially, the company relied on a manual warehouse system for managing fast-moving inventory, while sourcing other items on an order-by-order basis. However, as their business flourished, this approach proved inadequate, prompting the owners to seek a larger facility and embrace automation to streamline operations and meet the burgeoning order volumes.

Recognizing the need for a sophisticated software solution, the Bontrup brothers turned to Cyfrania, a renowned software development company, to design and implement a cutting-edge system for managing their warehouse automation equipment.

The agency required a comprehensive platform that would allow travelers to seamlessly book an all-inclusive package encompassing flights, transfers, hotel accommodations, and guided tours across the archipelago's diverse islands.

Cyfrania's solution involved inheriting a legacy Ruby on Rails codebase and employing a test-driven development approach. Automated scenarios were created to ensure the application's existing functionality remained intact while new features were seamlessly integrated. Personalized hotel pages allowed each property to showcase their unique branding and style, while hotel ads and offers provided travelers with enticing promotions. A sophisticated package pricing system enabled users to view up-to-date costs and securely pay for their complete vacation through a payment gateway. Confirmations and receipts were automatically generated, streamlining the booking process. An intuitive management area allowed administrators to monitor bookings and prepare for guest arrivals efficiently.

Furthermore, BahamaGo's services were made accessible to partners through a secure API, expanding the platform's reach and fostering collaboration within the travel industry.

The Luxury Therapist is an e-commerce website specializing in the resale of authentic luxury goods and trendy boutique clothing, shoes, and accessories.

We discovered the app operates on Google Apps Script, utilizing multiple Google Sheets to transform the client's inventory data. Given that this setup isn't optimized for large data volumes, processing the entire inventory took roughly 10 minutes. This inefficiency was the main barrier to its marketplace integration.

We alerted the client to the potential for significant delays, challenges, and limitations in updating the app, along with the expectation of persistent technical problems. She acknowledged these issues, expressing her willingness to accept them while aiming to generate revenue with the current app to fund future improvements.

A dedicated developer was tasked with this project for two weeks, achieving the following:

• Resolving integration obstacles with the marketplace to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating a management panel to help the client correct listing errors related to incorrect designer names, enabling automated corrections for future listings.
• Adding functionality for discount settings.

These improvements enabled the client to begin listing products on Grailed and generate additional revenue. 

MontiPlanet is an e-commerce platform designed for fans of Maria Montessori's educational approach. It offers unique toys, teaching tools, and furniture to facilitate structured learning for kids. The customer sought to develop a dedicated e-commerce platform providing American consumers with access to a wide range of Montessori products. They entrusted the project to the Cyfrania team for development.

For this project, choosing the right development technologies was key to meeting its goals.

Specifically, selecting these technologies led to significant outcomes:

• Next.js framework, ideal for crafting SEO-friendly websites, helped us hit top-notch SEO performance.
• Tailwind UI, with its ready-to-use UI components, streamlined the development of the website's interface, maximizing our output without overstretching the budget.

Kidiyo is a children's app employing smart media to transform early education. It provides an engaging, educational, and fun experience for kids aged 0-6.

We developed an app framework designed to support both the current and foreseeable future enhancements of the application.

Following this, we embarked on a redevelopment of the original app with the Unity game engine, simultaneously refining the user interface, visuals, and overall gameplay to meet the client's specifications. The revamped app was rolled out to Android and iOS users within just 1.5 months of starting this intensive development phase.

Within five months of initiating this upgrade, the app boasted the following major improvements:

• The main menu, which allows for mini-game selection, now features an engaging game world map complete with animations and visual effects.
• The appearance of the four Kidiyo animal mascots and the educational mini-games in their realms received a makeover.
• Mini-games now present more intricate gameplay and visual effects, offering levels of difficulty that are diverse and captivating.
• An additional mini-game has been introduced across the four characters' gaming worlds.
• The registration process has been simplified for parents, enabling them to set up multiple children under a single account.
• The game now adheres fully to Apple's and Google's standards for data privacy and content suitable for different age groups.
• With the app's modernization phase concluded, the focus shifts to enhancing its features. The initial goal is to preserve game progress and analyze player data to tailor the gameplay experience for each child.

Looking ahead, the client aims to introduce a premium subscription option and multi-language support.

Plei is a mobile application allowing amateur soccer players to connect, reserve nearby fields, and easily join pick-up games with just two clicks.

Cyfrania has been involved in every phase of the project from its inception to the present.

We've developed the Plei app for Android and iOS users, catering specifically to soccer players, alongside the Plei System, a web application for soccer facility management. Both the Plei app and Plei System are powered by a unified backend.

Ever since their debut in 2017, we've been actively enhancing and expanding the functionalities of the Plei app and Plei System, guided by feedback from actual users. As of April 2023, the Plei App main features include:

• Locate nearby soccer facilities and pinpoint them on a map.
• Check details and live availability of soccer fields.
• Reserve a field and invite friends. Invites are sent as notifications, and invitees can accept or decline.
• Message individual players or groups to arrange games. A dedicated chat is created for each game.
• Form two teams by assigning player icons to either side of the field.
• Cancel reservations if plans fall through.
• Discover suggested open pick-up games based on your location and schedule preferences.
• Access detailed information about the game, including instructions, facility location, parking details, and where to meet other players.
• Sign up for open pick-up games.
• Handle payment for field bookings, with players only paying their share once enough participants have joined.
• View scheduled upcoming games.
