Help with debt collections for global customers in the mobile advertising industry
Debt Nirvana has helped us satisfactorily resolve a number of debt collections from some of our customers which had past due balances with our company. These customers were based in India and around the world. We have been very pleased with Debt Nirvana's professionalism and persistence, and are definitely satisfied with the outcome for the cases where Debt Nirvana was able to successfully recover the outstanding balances. We have worked with Ravi and his team now for more than a year and continue to work with them on an ongoing basis.

We engaged with Debt Nirvana to assist us with collecting from several customers that owed us balances which were past due. These customers were based in India and around the world.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Without question Debt Nirvana's persistence in reaching the customers with past due balances, and doggedly working to reach a resolution.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
With many active cases going at any one time, an area for possible improvement might be a regular summary status report on a weekly or monthly basis. That said, the Debt Nirvana team provided status updates as requested.
