December Labs cares about relationships, attitude, and hiring the right people for it's culture. It shows in the way they dive in and engage in productive ways with clients and difficult situations. They are more than qualified technically, but the real advantage is in their flexibility in ways of working.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Operations and Support for live production systems and the mechanics of that (support/ticket management, triage, etc.) would be a great addition for their capabilities.
