DeskTel Group is a boutique, US-registered outsourcing company that helps US small businesses (up to about $25M in revenue) build dedicated remote teams in the Philippines. We Source. We Employ. We Deploy. Then we co-manage with you. You select your teammate. They are official DeskTel employees, not freelancers, who report directly to you and follow your SOPs, while our account managers, trainers and IT specialists handle onboarding and day-to-day support. We look for AI skills in every role we fill: professionals who already use tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to get more done. Most roles run $10–$13 an hour ($1,600–$2,080 a month), inclusive of all taxes and fees, typically 40–60% less than comparable local talent, with no long-term contracts, no hidden fees and 24/7 coverage. DeskTel is led by founder and President Matt Fong, who ran his own business in LA for 20 years.
