Wing Assistant

I am blown away by my virtual assist. She is extremely diligent, thoughtful, intelligent, and wonderful with my customers. She always goes the extra mile and I absolutely have no idea what I would do without her. My business is better because of my assistant.

I partnered with wing to hire a VA and a content writer. Both have been great teammates to add to our growing team. They're responsible, quick learners, and take feedback well.

I currently employ two Wing Assistants, one as a Customer Service representative, and one as a marketing outreach assistant. Both are hardworking, responsive and dedicated individuals. It took awhile for the CS assistant to come up to speed, because she joined just prior to the holidays (our busiest time of year), and the job is somewhat complicated. But she is eager to learn, and very responsive. And now that the has a few months under her belt, she is doing a great job.
