The recruitment of personnel for the DevBrain Recruitment Agency includes the following stages:

Stage 1. Free of charge: - Coordination of technical specifications, signing of an agreement and protocol of price coordination.

Stage 2. The full scope of work on the search and selection of the necessary specialists. The first interviews with suitable candidates take place in the DevBrain office.

Stage 3. Our specialist will send you an e-mail questionnaire of candidates with comments. Your task is to review the questionnaires, choose the best ones and schedule an interview.

Stage 4. Our specialist, together with the candidate (s), comes to you for the first joint interview, if the presence of our recruiter is necessary. After that, you, within two days, are determined with those candidates whom you are ready to hire.

Stage 5. Exit of a specialist to work. The warranty period is coming. Typically 1 to 3 months.! This means that if within 1-3 months the specialist selected by us does not justify itself for objective reasons, a prompt free replacement takes place.
