I’ve dedicated my career to helping businesses run effectively and efficiently. I bring over 13-years of experience, providing operational support, project management, and IT systems implementation and management.

As dynamic problem solver, I have supported small business, non-profits (local and global), and entrepreneurs, delivering business process solutions. Currently, I lead Salesforce integration, implementation and adoption initiatives for the Word Resources Institute; partnering with executives to optimize processes and impact the organization’s bottom line.

A career highlight was for me was my experience as a member of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation Development Team. In my role, I contributed to marketing, donor acquisition/management, and contact database management efforts.
