The story behind starting Digilite stems from a passion for helping businesses succeed in the digital world. At Digilite, we have an in-house team of highly skilled professionals. We believe in maintaining direct control over the quality of work and ensuring that our team members are aligned with our vision and values. By having an in-house team, we can foster a collaborative environment and provide a seamless experience to our clients.

We value long-term partnerships and have successfully retained many clients who continue to benefit from our services.

Some of the services that clients approach us for the most include search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, web application design and development, content marketing, and digital strategy consulting. These services are in high demand as businesses recognize the importance of a strong online presence and effective digital marketing strategies.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. While I don't have the exact customer satisfaction rate at hand, we strive to exceed our client's expectations in every project we undertake. We achieve this by understanding their unique needs and goals, maintaining open lines of communication, providing regular progress updates, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with their requirements. For me personally, it’s all about quality and not quantity, that’s a way to take on a handful number of customers every year to give them the best service possible.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a dedicated support system in place to cater to our client's queries and issues. Our clients have direct access to a dedicated account manager who serves as their primary point of contact. We also provide ongoing support through email, phone, in-person and virtual meetings to address any concerns or questions that arise during and after the project. We have offices in 5 different countries across the globe.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our payment structure depends on the nature and scope of the project. We offer flexible billing options, including pay-per-feature, fixed cost, and pay-per-milestone. We work closely with our clients to determine the most suitable payment structure that aligns with their budget and project requirements.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
