I recently used Digital Bakerz for their whiteboard animation service and I was extremely impressed. The animation was engaging, visually appealing, and well-paced. The team was also very accommodating and attentive to my specific requests. The pricing was competitive and the turnaround time was quick. Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

Digital Bakerz is headquartered in Karachi. Explainer video is our core service and main focus, but we go beyond that and try to be more of a partner that resolves any tech-related challenges our clients might have. I founded Digital Bakerz in 2016; I’m the CEO of Digital Bakerz. Over the 7 years on the market, I've built a team of around 25 people that go above and beyond to deliver excellent results.

What is the story behind starting this company?

The idea for this business was conceived many years ago. My first steps in this industry were as a freelancer, and I quickly realized the demand for such services was growing rapidly. The timing was perfect for Digital Bakerz to be established.

What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?

We are a full-service video production company. We now have 20+ full-time experts, including explainer animators, project managers, a creative director, and sales and marketing specialists. We can recommend a number of vendors if our clients require additional services, such as web and software development, branding services, and media planning.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition? differentiate itself from the competition?

The company makes really super-eminent animations and videos that advertise products. They make them look really good and make sure everything is organized and communicated well with the customers. They make sure the videos look like the brand and help sell the product. They do this for people in Asia, Australia, America, and Europe.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

Our company provides explainer videos for a wide range of clients. Due to the nature of our work, we work with clients from all types of industries. Your only needs are a competent research team, a strong script, and captivating animations.
I would say 65% of our clients are repetitive. And the new clients that we acquire are also through word of mouth and referrals. It feels good to be trusted by them so much.

It is our specialty to create and implement video marketing campaigns that work, whether they are on your website, in your email marketing campaign, or through social media. We make targeted videos that drive sales, signups, and support.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

When you work with Digital Bakerz you’ll get a whole range of benefits.
It is these benefits that enable us to produce high-quality videos that our clients love with a service they continue to recommend and use. Customer service is of utmost importance to us. We feel that every one of our customers deserves it. From answering calls and queries quickly to providing a convenient, creative, and comprehensive service. We have a step-by-step process for every video type we work on.

By doing so, we are able to progress each project quickly and comprehensively and maintain the highest level of quality throughout the process.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We do not have a minimum budget requirement; we always consider the potential of the project prior to making a decision. Clients have signed up for quick fixes and grown into major international projects, so we do not measure by scope.

What is the price range (min. and max.) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

We don’t disclose such information, and as I said, a small budget can grow big, and a big budget can run small.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

We live in an environment that is too dynamic for me to forecast something for a decade at a time, but I have the ability to speak about our current aspirations.
