  • What I initially thought might be a challenge—the time zone difference between our U.S.-based team and their team in India—actually turned out to be a surprising advantage. While coordinating across different time zones can sometimes cause delays or limit collaboration windows, we were able to have regular morning meetings and in doing so, the time difference essentially allowed for near 24-hour development.
  • Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, the project went so smoothly that there were very few challenges or issues to point out.
