DiversityTalk is a Canadian-based health and social development consultancy with an expanding European presence. Led by Ika Washington, DiversityTalk brings together a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, facilitators, policy thinkers, and practitioners dedicated to advancing equity, justice, and accountability in health and social systems globally.

We specialize in equity infrastructure design, health and social impact strategy, equity audits and evaluation, and capacity building. Our work integrates cultural and community insight, institutional healing, and communications strategy to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
