“Worst service experience & rude staff. Pathetic service, doesn’t know how to talk to customers”
One of the worst service by DPX Logistics. I parcelled a Scooty from Lucknow to Aligarh. It arrived in a pickup truck & the driver asked for 5 people to unload the scooty. Neither did he bring wooden slab or anything to unload the scooty nor did he have any assistant. The scooty was received by my Niece & being a lady it was difficult for her to unload it. Called their office on 7054615123 & the person on the line was very rude. He told us that they don’t send any wooden slab for it to unload & you could have asked someone else to unload it. He was cursing & told us to not use their service in future. Seeing the quality & attitude of the company employees, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Pathetic service & staff.
