DY Growth Strategy is an Osaka-based digital marketing and generative AI consulting company built around AI search optimization, including AIO, LLMO and GEO.

Since around 2023, we have researched, tested and implemented strategies to improve how businesses are understood, cited and recommended by generative AI and AI-driven search platforms. We began working in this field before AI search optimization became widely recognized as a distinct marketing discipline in Japan.

We help companies become accurately understood, compared and selected across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Our approach combines information architecture, content quality, entity signals, external citations and digital authority to improve both traditional search performance and visibility within AI-generated answers and recommendations.

Founder and CEO Daiju Tanimoto has supported more than 300 companies. Before founding DY Growth Strategy, he gained experience at a major Japanese web marketing company and later joined a then little-known web marketing company. As a manager and core member, he played a central role in its growth into one of Osaka’s leading web marketing companies, contributing to business strategy, service design, organizational and departmental development, recruitment, human resources systems and corporate marketing.

COO Yuto Wada has held executive leadership roles in social media marketing, contributing to the operation of approximately 20,000 social media accounts and the growth of a business to approximately JPY 2 billion in revenue. He has also served as Chief Marketing Officer of an AI training and AI consulting company.

CTO Yuki Kage led digital marketing for one of Japan’s largest online human resources media platforms at Mynavi, one of Japan’s leading human resources companies. He also launched a new media business and grew it to approximately 300,000 monthly page views in less than one year. He later served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of the Digital Marketing Support Division at a prominent web marketing company in Osaka.

At DY Growth Strategy, he leads AI search optimization, SEO and the company’s broader digital marketing strategy.
