Built on hands-on experience in Employer of Record (EOR) contracting, ECC connects skilled BIM engineers based in Egypt with client organizations around the globe through flexible, fully managed outsourcing. Clients get a dedicated, permanent virtual team member — engaged monthly or per-project — while ECC manages the engineer's full employment lifecycle: contracts, payroll, taxes, and local labor compliance. No local entity or foreign payroll setup required on the client's side.

Every ECC engineer works from a dedicated workstation with office infrastructure, on a schedule aligned to the client's time zone — giving companies a seamless, permanent-team experience without the overhead of direct international hiring.

Disciplines covered: Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural BIM. Pricing is a flat monthly rate per engineer (not hourly) — Junior (1–4 yrs): $1,400/month; Senior (5–8 yrs): $1,600/month

ECC's engineering delivery center operates out of Alexandria, Egypt, with a new branch opening in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to expand regional coverage across the Middle East.
