Together with designers, UX specialists and developers, we developed a new web page for the Red Cross branch in Rzeszów. Creating a website for the Polish Red Cross was a great opportunity to positively impact the region. The Red Cross is a well-known humanitarian organization that provides blood donation services, supports vulnerable communities, and actively works with refugees from Ukraine in the Lower Carpathians region.

The Lower Carpathians Red Cross website will allow the organization to reach a wider audience, increase awareness of its mission and programs, and provide a platform for raising funds and recruiting volunteers. The main idea was to restore the website and make it convenient, visually attractive and easy to use. The priority also was to develop a page with accessibility so that all users, including those with disabilities, can access and use its functions.

The platform has been designed and implemented to receive and publish open feedback and also to address sensitive feedback moderated in a secure way by dedicated Case Managers. Together with the Sonder Design team, ZGF host organisation, and local communities across the globe we have designed and developed from scratch a platform, that is well-secured and independent.

It is officially launched and hosted in Zambia, Philippines, Indonesia, Somalia, Poland, and Ukraine and is also open to anyone around the world. It is available in 12 languages including RTL - Arabic. The application has machine translation integrated to improve the moderation process and make every story available in all supported languages.

Loop platform at the moment offers 6 channels to submit your story: web, SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and the new IVRR voice channel. New channels and languages coming soon.

Research team by exploring numerous individuals, families and single mothers, collected and processed an impressive set of data organised by various parameters and factors in multiple dimensions.

In the middle of 2022, Sonder Collective made a decision that the results and learnings of this wide-scale extensive research are ready and can be made publicly available. The first thought was - let’s create a web service available to anyone around the world. One basic requirement was to make each household data segment easy to explore and able to compare various segments to confront differences by categories like health outcomes: reproductive health, pregnancy, child health, nutrition or various vulnerabilities: individual, household, community, and healthcare.

The assumption of the project was to build a system for collecting contact details from potential customers. A new web application was intended to focus the user on opportunities and implicitly seed a need to ask for a more attractive loan offer.

Our task was to develop a complex digital solution including design, web app development and cloud infrastructure from scratch. We delivered a complete system in 5 weeks with a strong focus on clear, light design from one side and also end-to-end data security provided by end-user on the other side. We built an application to be scalable and deployable on the AWS infrastructure.
