ESWEST Leadership Training and Development is established with the mission to train and develop people through discovery, growth, and transformation, to benefit organizations, community and society.

All training provided by ELTD is based on John Maxwell’s Leadership Philosophy combined with Eastern Leadership Culture. This unique combination will allow learners to gain new insight and experience the principles and values presented in the learning process.
