The quality of their employees answering the phones was poor.

Highly recommend AVOIDING doing business with this company. The individuals answering the incoming calls could not pronounce words they were reading off a script. It was a horrible representation of our company. They did not come close to providing the services promised in a professional manner. When I requested the account be cancelled and for a confirmation, I received no response and my email was blocked.

Their employees answering the phones had difficulties reading or following a script.

Their employees answering the phone lacked the ability to sound professional on the phone.

The could not deliver the basics the promised in their sales pitch.

They did not reply to my request for a confirmation when I emailed and cancelled their service.
